It’s Time to Spring Clean Your Kitchen With Essential Oils

They say the kitchen is the heart of the home and in my home this is true!!. It is a multi-purpose space where we not only make breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the family, it is where we gather and chat about the important things in life. There’s no doubt that every day, we use almost every surface of it and boy does my kitchen show it. Spring is a great time to roll up our sleeves and deep clean our well loved kitchen!

Before you begin, have you ever looked at the label of your cleaning supplies? Most of them contain substances that are harmful to one’s health.  If you look at the label, you will see many other chemicals, most that I can’t even pronounce. With the right products, you can create a clean and healthy kitchen for you and your family. And for most of us, our idea of a healthy kitchen doesn’t include toxic and questionable chemicals.

It is time to Ditch and Switch!  Today’s “Do you doTERRA daily?” is all about getting rid of the toxic ingredients by using safe ingredients that contain pure and natural essential oils. You may have already experienced the AMAZING health benefits of essential oils, but have you tried using them for cleaning?
