The number one complaint I hear about water is “I don’t like the taste” which is to say there is no flavor.
WATER is SO IMPORTANT! Drinking enough water helps your body in many different ways: regulate body temperature, no one likes to feel sweaty or too cold. Keeps joints lubricated, helps prevent infections and delivers nutrients to cells to keep organs functioning properly. I don’t know about you but that sounds pretty important to keep your body running smoothly. AND being well-hydrated also improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood.
